Finance Analyst (QuickBooks)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Analyst to manage daily store transactions, maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, and support audit processes. The role is focused on U.S. accounting principles within a BPO or shared services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, clean, and reconcile daily store transactions such as sales, refunds, fuel purchases, and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain financial records in QuickBooks, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and expense categorization.
• Generate periodic financial reports, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist internal audits by preparing documentation and resolving transaction‑level queries.
• Collaborate with U.S. finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate accounting standards.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA/CA, or related field.
• 0.5‑1 year experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a BPO or shared services setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication for cross‑border collaboration.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
• Understanding of U.S. accounting principles and retail transaction workflows.
