Finance Director (Pakistan & Bangladesh)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Finance Director to lead the affiliate transformation in Pakistan and Bangladesh, overseeing finance, procurement, supply chain and facility services while aligning with global and regional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial results ensuring compliance with Roche Group Accounting, local standards, tax and customs.
• Drive a fit‑for‑purpose business planning process and define local finance strategy.
• Collaborate with business leaders on strategic direction, portfolio planning and resourcing.
• Manage risk, maintain P&L sustainability and identify growth opportunities in volatile macro‑economic environments.
• Connect affiliate priorities with regional and global ambitions and provide performance analysis.
• Lead the affiliate procurement process focusing on value delivery, cost, service quality and compliance.
• Contribute to regional and global finance work packages and champion inclusive, diverse culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of finance experience with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, CIMA) or a university degree/MBA.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional, networked teams with strong fiscal planning and governance.
• Outstanding business acumen, strategic agility and ability to influence decisions without formal authority.
