Finance Executive – Revenue & Account Management

About the role

The Finance Executive will support revenue operations by reconciling customer accounts, collecting payments, and maintaining strong client relationships. This entry‑level position offers exposure to core finance processes within a fast‑growing telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of corporate customer accounts.
• Collect payments according to company terms and issue reminders as needed.
• Respond to customer queries via phone or email in a timely manner.
• Prepare and issue invoices based on contractual agreements.
• Suggest improvements to systems, SOPs, and processes.
• Coordinate with other departments and financial institutions to introduce new payment methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
