Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Sutlej Developments Private Limited seeks a Finance Manager specialized in Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a team of five finance professionals. The role focuses on building robust financial plans, monitoring cash flows, and delivering data‑driven insights to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, monthly financial plans, and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
• Monitor cash flow, anticipate funding needs, and enforce financial controls and expenditure approval procedures.
• Analyze product pricing, margins, and outlet profitability; investigate variances and recommend improvements.
• Design and maintain management dashboards and KPIs, and oversee accounting, POS reconciliation, inventory controls, and supplier payments.
• Support ERP and POS system implementation and integration to improve data accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five finance professionals, fostering a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead a finance team and establish financial systems from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in quick‑service restaurants, FMCG, or organized retail preferred.
