About the role
The Product Manager will lead the development and enhancement of Cash Management and Employee Banking solutions, driving digital transformation across the bank’s transaction banking portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Cash Management and Employee Banking products.
- Drive product development, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop solutions across Collections, Payments, Payroll, and Corporate Digital Banking.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from business requirements and UAT to launch.
- Identify market opportunities, improve customer experience, and strengthen product competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Shariah and Business teams for successful implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced professional level.
Required skills
- Bank‑Corporate knowledge.
- Payment knowledge.
- APIs.
