Finance Manager – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

Takmeel Square Pvt. Ltd., a growing real‑estate and construction firm, is looking for a Finance Manager to own the day‑to‑day financial operations. The role ensures accurate books, tight cash control, reliable reporting and supports decision‑making as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting, ledgers and ensure timely month‑end close.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Own cash flow management, bank reconciliations and working‑capital oversight.
• Oversee receivables, payables, collections and commission accounting.
• Track project costs, budgets and variances against plan.
• Ensure tax filings, statutory compliance and audit readiness.
• Enforce financial controls, SOPs and approval processes.
• Lead and develop the accounts team and support ERP and reporting improvements.

Required profile

• CA (Inter/Finalist) / ACCA / ACMA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and internal controls.
• Experience in real‑estate, construction or project‑based environments is a plus.
• High integrity, detail‑obsessed and deadline‑driven.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Hands‑on ERP/accounting‑software proficiency.
