About the role

This full‑time remote position combines financial accounting tasks with data‑entry duties. The role supports our travel‑services platform by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity.

Key responsibilities

Book‑keeping: enter invoices and receipts into accounting software and Excel.
Calculate monthly VAT payable.
Perform bank reconciliation checks.
Review data for errors or missing information and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
Extract data from various online sources and populate spreadsheets.
Verify data integrity by comparing with source documents.
Administer online tests for candidates and record results.
Complete additional assigned tasks as required.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Good typing speed (40‑60 wpm).
Strong command of English.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
