Financial Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance team in Islamabad. You will work on external audit engagements across various industries, ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISAs and local regulations while delivering high‑quality services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform external audit assignments in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
• Assist in planning, executing and completing audit engagements within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and review audit working papers and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Prepare financial statements according to IFRS.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for operational and financial improvement.
• Conduct substantive and analytical audit procedures and verify accounting entries.
• Identify audit findings, control weaknesses and reporting issues, and communicate them to the Audit Manager.
• Coordinate with client personnel to obtain information and resolve audit queries.
• Assist in drafting audit reports, management letters and other deliverables.

Required profile

• ACCA (Qualified/Finalist) or CA Inter.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in external audit, preferably with a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISAs.
• Understanding of internal control systems and audit evidence requirements.
