First Line Maintenance Engineer

About the role
Our client TouchPoint is seeking a First Line Maintenance Engineer to provide on‑site servicing and troubleshooting of ATM machines. This mobility‑based field position is ideal for a technically‑inclined individual who can work independently across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on‑ground servicing and troubleshooting of ATM equipment.
- Travel independently between assigned sites to resolve issues promptly.
- Document service activities and report findings to the central support team.
Required profile
- Minimum intermediate education; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Reliable, self‑motivated and comfortable with frequent travel.
- Prior field service or technical experience is advantageous.
Required skills
- Good understanding of ATM/machine operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot software‑related issues.
- Basic hardware knowledge and hands‑on aptitude.
