Fixed Network Procurement Manager

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Manager to lead the Fixed Network Procurement function. The role oversees the full tendering and procurement lifecycle, ensuring strategic sourcing, vendor selection, and contract finalisation align with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a procurement plan in collaboration with finance and end‑users.
• Drive savings initiatives to meet category‑specific targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies (JPM, JPP, DoP).
• Maintain an efficient, uninterrupted supply chain by timely ordering and contract renewal.
• Manage contract lifecycle: initiate, review, sign, and monitor contracts, amendments and addendums.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve minor contractual issues.
• Prepare detailed summaries and reports on significant contractual matters for senior management.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or advanced degree in Business Administration.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management capabilities.
• Experience in product design, pricing models and commercialization frameworks.
• Proficiency in market analysis, demand forecasting and ROI modelling.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
