Voice Engineer (L2/L3) - 2 Positions

About the role

Techno Channels is hiring two experienced L2/L3 Voice Engineers for its growing team in Karachi, Pakistan. The work is on-site (preferred), with remote opportunities available for suitable candidates. Candidates should be technically strong and able to investigate complex voice issues independently.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience in enterprise voice infrastructure, SIP/VoIP troubleshooting, Microsoft Teams telephony, SBCs, PSTN connectivity and CCaaS environments
• Ability to diagnose complex issues such as one-way audio, dropped calls, call failures and voice quality problems
• Experience supporting production environments, high-availability voice infrastructure and carrier integrations is an added advantage

Required skills

• SIP signalling, SDP, RTP, SRTP and SIP call flows
• Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes, AnyNode or equivalent)
• Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Operator Connect and PSTN integration
• Enterprise CCaaS platforms, IVR and call routing
• Wireshark, PCAP analysis, SIP traces and SBC logs
