Flour Mill General Manager – Sialkot

About the role

The Flour Mill General Manager will lead all mill operations in Sialkot, ensuring efficient production, high product quality, and smooth day‑to‑day activities. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily mill operations, including wheat cleaning, grinding, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain production targets, improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate mill employees and operators.
• Ensure consistent flour quality, implement quality‑control procedures and uphold food‑safety standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, monitor machine performance and manage repairs.
• Manage raw‑material and finished‑goods inventory, liaise with vendors and oversee logistics.
• Control operational costs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of management experience in flour mills, food processing or related manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, team‑management and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to implement systems, procedures and cost‑control measures.
