Food Service Manager – North

About the role

As the Food Service Manager for the North region, you will lead the growth of Flora Food Group’s Food Service business across hotels, restaurants, bakeries, institutions and catering operations in Islamabad and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue and ensuring our culinary solutions reach more kitchens.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve volume, revenue, distribution and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with the Food Service channel strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key operators, distributors, chefs and purchasing managers.
• Lead customer negotiations and manage commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
• Coach and develop Business Development Managers and Sales Chefs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Operations to ensure product availability and commercial compliance.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in Food Service or HORECA channels.
• Strong understanding of customer development, distributor management and sales execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Resilient leader comfortable managing a team and driving results through coaching.
• Passion for food culture, taste, nutrition and functional culinary solutions.
