Founding Robotics & Autonomous Delivery Systems Engineer

About the role

Intrologics is building Groser, a local commerce platform, and is pioneering an autonomous drone delivery system. The role will lead the design, prototyping, integration, and validation of the end‑to‑end autonomous delivery solution.

Key responsibilities

• Design or integrate UAV platforms, including flight controllers, navigation, propulsion, batteries and payload systems.
• Develop a secure smart cargo compartment with QR‑based verification, controlled release mechanisms and sensor feedback.
• Create intelligent docking stations for automated landing, charging or battery exchange and system diagnostics.
• Integrate drone operations with the Groser platform via secure APIs, handling order lifecycle, mission assignment and status updates.
• Explore blockchain‑based payment and tipping workflows, ensuring reliable transaction handling under network interruptions.
• Lead testing, safety validation, performance benchmarking and compliance with aviation, privacy and cybersecurity regulations.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience in robotics, autonomous navigation and sensor integration.
• Proficiency in embedded systems development using C/C++ and/or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with UAV flight systems, autopilot stacks such as PX4 or ArduPilot, and GPS/GNSS navigation.
• Ability to design and integrate hardware, firmware, backend services and external APIs into a reliable system.
