About the role
Qureos is an AI‑powered recruitment platform that helps enterprises compress hiring timelines from months to days. As a Founding Sales Account Executive for the UK market, you will lead the end‑to‑end sales process, build relationships with enterprise clients, and help shape the growth of one of the fastest‑growing AI hiring companies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high‑potential enterprise customers in the UK.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Represent Qureos at industry events and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Provide feedback to improve the AI recruitment platform and sales strategy.
Required profile
- Ambitious, high‑performing sales professional who thrives in fast‑moving environments.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions, preferably in recruitment or AI.
