Freelance Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to support a global client in scaling its technology and marketing teams. Working remotely, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple regions, helping the business meet its rapid growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates across geographies using job boards, social platforms and internal networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine job descriptions, postings and selection criteria as business needs evolve.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system, updating records at each recruitment stage.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in technology or marketing environments.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse candidates and hiring teams.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever or Workday Recruiting.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and major job boards.
