French Financial Analyst (Remote)

About the role

This remote position supports a technology and AI‑driven organization by reviewing, validating, and processing financial documents written in French. The analyst ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and audit readiness, contributing to the company’s financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review invoices, receipts, contracts and other financial documents in French for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Categorize, code, and record financial data in the organization’s ERP or financial software.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain final approval for processed documents.
• Maintain organized digital records with clear audit trails for internal and external reviews.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements while handling sensitive financial information.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English with strong written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in financial document processing, accounting support, or related finance administration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
