Fresh MBBS/BDS/DPT – Clinic Assistant with Consultant

About the role

The Skin is seeking recent graduates in MBBS, BDS or DPT to join our Karachi clinic as a Clinic Assistant supporting senior consultants. This position focuses on front‑desk operations, patient coordination and administrative support rather than direct clinical procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and complete registration paperwork.
• Maintain accurate clinic and patient records.
• Assist the consultant during patient consultations by preparing files and noting observations.
• Schedule appointments, manage daily timetables and coordinate patient flow.
• Provide follow‑up instructions and ensure timely communication with patients.
• Uphold a professional and energetic appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (MBBS, BDS or DPT) with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, organized and able to maintain a professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of clinic record‑keeping and patient management.
