Front Desk Officer – Community Associate

About the role

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Officer / Community Associate to be the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. You will represent the company’s culture, ensure smooth front‑desk operations, and support a vibrant community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly while reflecting company professionalism.
• Handle walk‑in and phone inquiries about memberships, meeting rooms, and facilities.
• Guide visitors on seating, protocols, and available services.
• Manage workspace reservations and day‑pass check‑ins using internal systems.
• Maintain visitor logs and notify members of guest arrivals.
• Assist with parcel handling, mail distribution, and courier coordination.
• Support basic member queries related to internet, printing, and common areas.
• Log operational or maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant teams.
• Communicate company policies clearly and help uphold community standards.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling member information.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with workplace tools.
