Front Line Manager – Multan Plant

About the role

The Front Line Manager will lead the Multan plant’s production floor, ensuring optimal process performance, safety, and product quality. You will oversee a team of operators and core workers, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in a high‑speed manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control the entire production floor, including process optimization, troubleshooting, and manpower planning.
• Supervise up to 12 operators and 80 core workers to run a PC‑50 line, delivering up to 20 tons of finished goods per shift.
• Plan line schedules, manage packaging twins, and coordinate multiple routing options for product flavours.
• Monitor daily production reports, enter shift data into the M&W database, and analyse material variances.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (IPS, Generic Quality System, AIB, FSSC 22000) and local food and labour laws.
• Lead safety initiatives, conduct trainings, and perform internal audits.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Raw Materials, Planning, and Oracle teams to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead teams.
• Analytical mindset capable of root‑cause analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Pakistan food safety regulations and labour legislation.
• Ability to balance short‑term decisions with long‑term results.
