Front Sales Associate - Ebook

About the role

Savtech Digital, a Karachi-based digital agency, is looking for a Front Sales Associate dedicated to eBook products. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, handling inbound inquiries and generating outbound leads to drive sales of digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to eBook inquiries via phone and CRM, qualifying prospects on needs, budget, timeline, and decision‑makers.
• Present eBook packages, pricing and delivery schedules, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals through consistent outreach and pipeline management.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM, updating lead stages and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with content, design and project teams to capture orders correctly and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales or client‑facing experience in digital products, content sales or marketing services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Comfortable conducting sales calls, video demonstrations and outbound prospecting via phone, email and social channels.
• Target‑driven mindset with ability to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
