About the role
Carpe Diem is seeking a high‑performing Front Sales Specialist to join its elite sales team. The role focuses on closing high‑ticket B2B deals ranging from $10,000 to $15,000+ with qualified prospects across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery call to contract signing for high‑ticket deals.
- Engage C‑suite executives, business owners, and key decision‑makers.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover prospect pain points and align solutions.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations that demonstrate ROI and business value.
- Maintain and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
- Handle objections confidently and turn hesitation into commitment.
- Collaborate with lead generation and cold‑calling teams to secure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Accurately forecast performance and keep CRM records up to date.
- Negotiate contract terms while protecting margins and client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years proven experience in high‑ticket B2B sales, preferably SaaS, digital marketing, or lead generation.
- Demonstrated track record of closing $10,000–$15,000+ deals.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Deep understanding of consultative selling methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, and MEDDIC.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly with US‑based clients.
- Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and resilient with a hunter mentality.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Knowledge of consultative selling frameworks (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC).
