Full Stack Developer – AI‑Powered EdTech Startup

About the role

Tazu is building an AI‑driven learning ecosystem for GCSE, IGCSE and IB students. We need a Full Stack Developer who can turn ambitious product ideas into production‑ready features and help scale our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Build responsive, high‑performance web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Integrate AI/LLM workflows (OpenAI, Gemini) into production pipelines.
• Create and manage APIs, database schemas and cloud infrastructure.
• Work on student dashboards, teacher analytics, assessment engines and real‑time tutoring experiences.
• Optimize performance, reliability and security of the platform.
• Collaborate with product, design and AI teams to shape technical architecture.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures and cloud services.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Passion for AI, education or impactful technology.
