Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong and proactive Full Stack Developer to own the design, development, and optimisation of modern websites, web applications and internal business tools. You will work across the entire development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to deployment and ongoing performance tuning.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of website and web‑application projects from planning through deployment and maintenance.
• Develop responsive, high‑performance sites and applications using Next.js, React, Node.js and related technologies.
• Build and integrate secure APIs, backend services and third‑party applications.
• Create and manage landing pages, service pages and CMS‑driven content.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimise performance, speed and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues to ensure reliability.
• Work with databases, authentication systems and cloud deployment platforms.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools to improve productivity.
• Monitor application performance and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade websites or web applications.
• Strong understanding of web performance, SEO and security principles.
