Full Stack Engineer – AI SaaS Products

About the role

DevForest Inc. is seeking a product‑focused Full Stack Engineer to build AI‑powered SaaS solutions. The role is based onsite in Islamabad and requires taking ideas from concept through to production and ongoing ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI SaaS products, including schemas, APIs, and system architecture.
• Develop front‑end interfaces using TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Build back‑end services with Node.js or Python/FastAPI and manage PostgreSQL databases.
• Implement authentication, session management, billing, usage metering and admin dashboards.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure, ensuring low latency, cost efficiency and high availability.
• Own uptime, respond quickly to customer issues, and ship updates on a weekly cadence.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience shipping production software used by real users.
• Product‑mindset with ownership, urgency, curiosity and resourcefulness.
• Track record of building side projects, open‑source contributions or independent products.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and review.
• Strong product judgement and clear communication of technical trade‑offs.
