Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Plutus21 is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work across the entire technology stack, building scalable applications and delivering end‑to‑end solutions that drive our product forward.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, authentication systems and role‑based access control.
• Develop data‑heavy dashboards, workflow tools and background processes for data ingestion and automation.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design efficient schemas, optimize queries and ensure performance.
• Containerize services with Docker, manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy to cloud platforms such as AWS or Vercel.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with 3+ years of production experience using React.
• Hands‑on experience with Next.js in a full‑stack capacity and solid API design knowledge.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning) and MongoDB document modeling.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines, and comfortable working in cloud environments.
