Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Plutus21 is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its engineering team. In this role you will work across the entire technology stack, building scalable applications and delivering end‑to‑end solutions that drive the product forward.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal web applications using React and Next.js (TypeScript).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend logic with scalability and maintainability in mind.
• Develop data‑heavy dashboards, workflow tools, and authentication systems with role‑based access control.
• Work with PostgreSQL as the core database and MongoDB for document storage, designing efficient schemas and optimizing queries.
• Containerize services with Docker, manage CI/CD pipelines, and deploy to cloud environments such as AWS or Vercel.
• Design reliable background processes, scheduled jobs, and data ingestion workflows.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience building production applications with React.
• Experience working with Next.js in a full‑stack capacity.
• Solid understanding of API design principles and authentication/authorization.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment environments.
