Full-time On-site Imam

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Imam to join our team at Dawat-e-Punjab, a well‑known Indian restaurant in Multan. This full‑time, on‑site position involves leading daily and Friday congregational prayers, delivering sermons, and fostering a respectful, spiritually aware environment for staff and patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the five daily prayers and the Jumu’ah (Friday) congregational prayer.
• Prepare and deliver the weekly Khutbah and occasional religious talks.
• Provide faith‑based guidance and counseling to employees and interested customers.
• Organise religious observances during Islamic months and festivals.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure cultural and religious values are reflected in daily operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of Islamic theology, jurisprudence (Fiqh) and Quranic interpretation.
• Proven experience leading congregational prayers and delivering sermons.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a respectful and inclusive approach.
• High personal integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Multan and coordinate with restaurant staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in conducting Islamic prayers and delivering Khutbahs.
• Capability to offer counseling and religious guidance.
