Furniture Supervisor – Showroom & Workshop Operations

Decision HR Recruitment Agency is seeking a Furniture Supervisor for a client‑facing furniture business in Rawalpindi. The role involves coordinating showroom and workshop activities, guiding staff, and ensuring attractive product presentation while supporting efficient daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily showroom, display, and workshop operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor attendance and performance, and coach team members.
• Maintain attractive product displays, accurate pricing, and organized work areas.
• Coordinate inventory checks, stock movement, order preparation, and delivery schedules.
• Assist customers with product information and resolve routine service concerns.
• Inspect furniture condition and support quality control before dispatch.
• Prepare operational updates and report stock, customer, or staffing issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising staff in furniture retail, showroom operations, or a related environment.
• Strong team coordination, delegation, and daily task‑monitoring abilities.
• Practical knowledge of furniture products, materials, dimensions, and basic quality checks.
• Ability to manage stock records, product displays, order documentation, and dispatch coordination.
• Good customer service and complaint‑resolution skills with professional communication.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory updates, reports, and documentation.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, punctuality, and problem‑solving capability.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Rawalpindi and coordinate with multiple departments.
