Geoscience Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Geoscience Solutions Consultant to support our Geoscience Services, Information Management, and Digital Transformation portfolio within the energy sector. You will work closely with clients to understand technical and business challenges, develop value‑driven solutions, and help grow our consulting and digital transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to capture business challenges, technical requirements, and operational objectives.
• Lead technical workshops, solution presentations, and consulting sessions.
• Provide advisory support on subsurface workflows, reservoir studies, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support business development through technical discussions, proposal preparation, and opportunity qualification.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, statements of work, and solution documentation.
• Advise on information management, data governance, and digitalization strategies.
• Contribute to AI, machine‑learning, and advanced analytics solutions for the energy industry.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop client‑centric services and new methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, Earth Sciences or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong understanding of E&P workflows, subsurface data, and reservoir studies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
