Global Talent Sourcer – On-site in Islamabad

About the role

We are looking for a Global Talent Sourcer to join our Islamabad office and support hiring across more than 115 countries. The role is sourcing-first, requiring you to uncover exceptional candidates for both technical and non-technical positions worldwide, from AI researchers in Europe to finance specialists in North America.

Key responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America and other international markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, job boards and networking.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct virtual screening interviews, evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Prepare detailed candidate packages with summaries, strengths, potential risks and hiring recommendations.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, adapt sourcing strategies to market conditions and provide talent market intelligence.
• Continuously improve sourcing methodologies and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual interviews and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adjust strategies based on market feedback.
