About the role
We are looking for a Global Technical Recruiter to design and execute our talent acquisition strategy for technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, assess, and onboard top‑tier IT professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for technical roles.
- Develop and maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions and specifications.
- Source candidates through resume databases, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates using reliable selection tools.
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft skills.
- Onboard new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor recruiting best practices and meet targeted time‑to‑fill metrics.
- Provide analytical reports to the recruitment team.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a top employer.
- Collaborate with peers to improve recruitment processes.
Required profile
- 0‑1 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in HR or IT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with technical roles such as software development, network engineering, and IT support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple openings.
