About the role

Google for Education is seeking a strategic leader to drive large‑scale go‑to‑market initiatives and high‑value partnerships across K‑12 and higher‑education institutions. As the Education Lead, you will influence senior stakeholders, shape adoption of Google’s devices, cloud services, and AI tools, and serve as a model of sales excellence for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain top‑tier sales performance, securing landmark deals and cross‑product partnerships.
• Lead regional GTM strategies, driving technology adoption at scale.
• Engage with VP/Director‑level stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for C‑level executives in the education sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of technology sales or customer‑facing sales experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale GTM initiatives and negotiating landmark deals.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across matrixed organizations.
• Recognized thought leadership in EdTech or the broader education sector.
