Group Director Enterprise Solutions

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking a Group Director Enterprise Solutions to lead revenue generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management across assigned sectors. The role translates corporate sales strategy into actionable plans, ensuring consistent growth and profitability as PTCL evolves from a traditional telco to a technology‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline (2×) to drive predictable conversions.
• Manage strategic enterprise and corporate accounts, cultivating C‑level relationships.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, improve renewal rates and NPS scores.
• Oversee pricing, discounting, deal approvals and ensure business cases meet ROI and profitability benchmarks.
• Lead, mentor and develop Regional Managers, Account Executives and Key Account Managers.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting and CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales leadership within the telecom or ICT sector.
• Strong industry insight and deep understanding of emerging technologies.
• Ability to motivate cross‑functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Excellent C‑level communication and negotiation skills.
