Group Manager – Family Takaful Sales & Service

About the role

The Group Manager will lead a sales and service team for Family Takaful products at DFTL’s Gujranwala office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving business targets while adhering to Shariah‑compliant practices.

Key responsibilities

• Set team targets, monitor performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, training, coaching and development of sales/service staff.
• Drive business development through prospecting, networking and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal departments, review customer cases, support claims and policy servicing.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and maintain high standards of customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management experience, preferably in sales or service environments.
• Proven business development, relationship‑management and customer‑service abilities within financial services, insurance or Takaful.
• Understanding of Islamic financial protection concepts and Family Takaful products, or willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field; higher degree or insurance/Takaful certification is a plus.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience in insurance, Takaful, banking or financial services.
