Growth Associate

About the role

The Growth Associate will act as a dedicated business partner for US‑based restaurant owners, managing their software platform and driving business growth. Working closely with Operations, Marketing, Payroll, Inventory and Accounting teams, you will ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for each restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Receive handover from the Onboarding team and take ownership of the restaurant account.
• Configure platform features and integrations as needed, including third‑party listings such as Yelp and Google My Business.
• Set up marketing accounts and assist with initial brand strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Design team.
• Deliver occasional menu and platform training sessions to restaurant owners and staff.
• Coordinate payroll onboarding and other operational integrations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the restaurant to address support queries and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across different teams.
• Comfortable learning new software tools and platforms quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to train and support restaurant owners.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to help businesses grow.
