Growth Lead – Pakistan

About the role

Binance is looking for a data‑driven Growth Lead to own user acquisition, engagement and brand expansion across Pakistan. You will work closely with the Regional Marketing Lead to translate global objectives into locally‑relevant growth programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Marketing Lead to design and execute growth strategies aligned with regional OKRs.
• Plan and run localized product campaigns, growth experiments and user‑lifecycle programs on web and app channels.
• Own full‑funnel growth across paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok), KOL & influencer marketing, offline activations, O2O loops and organic/community channels.
• Manage SEO/ASO, social media, referral programs and community engagement to drive sustainable growth.
• Map the end‑to‑end user journey, identify conversion bottlenecks and iterate based on data analytics and user feedback.
• Continuously test new channels, creatives and tactics to unlock incremental acquisition.
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing local growth team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of growth, marketing or user acquisition experience, preferably in internet, tech or fintech.
• Deep understanding of the Pakistani digital landscape, user behavior and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record in omnichannel growth, including paid ads, influencer marketing, offline events and O2O strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the fintech and crypto industry.

Required skills

• Performance marketing on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• KOL and influencer partnership management.
• SEO and ASO optimization.
• Data analytics and ROI measurement.
• Budget allocation, audience targeting and creative testing.
