Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid‑media activities across Meta, Google (Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen) and Amazon. You will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, support markets in the UK, US, EU and beyond, and shape the paid‑media strategy for a fast‑growing consumer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage day‑to‑day campaigns on Meta, Google and Amazon, including budget pacing and ROAS optimisation.
• Collaborate on new product launches and sales events, defining channel strategy and creative assets.
• Mentor and train the Junior Growth Executive, with the potential to expand the team.
• Own reporting cadence, analyse performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, CAC) and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Design and run A/B tests on ad creative, copy and landing pages together with Creative and Web/E‑com teams.

Required profile

• Data‑driven marketer fluent in ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV and CAC, able to turn numbers into commercial decisions.
• Curious and proactive, taking ownership quickly and communicating clearly across multiple markets.
• Comfortable juggling shifting priorities across several live channels while spotting problems and opportunities early.

Required skills

• Meta advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
• Google Ads – Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen.
• Amazon Advertising (preferred but not essential).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Power BI or similar reporting tools.
