Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate the performance of recently acquired internet businesses and apps. You will own the end‑to‑end process of turning ideas into data‑driven campaigns that drive traffic, sign‑ups, revenue, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (content, SEO, email, paid ads, social, partnerships).
• Write landing pages, blog posts, email sequences, ad copy, video scripts, and product messaging.
• Improve website and funnel conversion through better offers, calls‑to‑action, and follow‑up flows.
• Research customers, competitors, keywords, communities, and channels to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and grow audiences on platforms where target customers spend time.
• Run rapid experiments, analyse results, and scale winning tactics.
• Track performance metrics and produce clear reports on outcomes and next steps.
• Collaborate with founders on go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, launches, and user acquisition.
• Leverage AI tools for research, drafting, ideation, and analysis while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on marketing experience with proven results.
• Ability to take a rough concept, launch a campaign quickly, and iterate based on data.
• Self‑starter who can work independently without extensive supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset and reliable execution.
