GTM Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to join a US‑based client’s growth team through The Remote Reps. In this fully remote position you will design, build, and maintain the data and tracking infrastructure that powers the client’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain event tracking systems across web and product platforms.
• Own event architecture, including naming conventions, structure, and documentation.
• Build and manage data pipelines linking the product, data warehouse, and marketing tools.
• Integrate APIs and platforms such as Segment and RudderStack to ensure clean data flow.
• Optimize the GTM tech stack for accurate campaign tracking and attribution modeling.
• Implement and maintain A/B testing frameworks and improve funnel visibility.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or data engineering.
• Strong understanding of event tracking and marketing data flows.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager, Segment, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of JavaScript and APIs.
• Ability to solve tracking problems with accuracy and scalability.
