About the role
We are seeking a warm, composed, and dependable individual to look after our guests and coordinate service across our hospitality businesses in Lahore’s Walled City. This hands‑on role involves speaking with guests before arrival, welcoming them in person, and ensuring their concerns are resolved.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with guests pre‑arrival and on‑site.
- Coordinate with the service team to deliver seamless experiences.
- Maintain organized guest information and follow‑ups.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Required profile
- Confident communication in English and Urdu.
- Comfortable using everyday digital tools.
- Enjoys interacting with people and taking responsibility.
- Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service is useful.
Required skills
- Basic digital literacy (email, spreadsheets, booking systems).
