Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

3D Cube Design Studio is hiring a Hardware Design Engineer for its growing electronics team, based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. The role covers electronic hardware design, PCB development, prototype testing and bringing products from concept to production. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Design electronic schematics and PCB layouts, and develop and validate hardware prototypes.
• Perform hardware testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams.
• Prepare BOMs, documentation and support manufacturing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hardware design experience.

Required skills

• Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle or similar tools.
• Analog and digital electronics, PCB design, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN and USB.
• Hands-on use of oscilloscopes, multimeters and logic analyzers.
