Head of Brand & Growth Strategy

About the role

Numnumm is Pakistan’s first direct‑to‑consumer kids’ nutrition brand, offering organic ready‑to‑eat meals. The Head of Brand & Growth Strategy will own performance branding, creative strategy and parent acquisition funnels, driving the company toward becoming the most trusted household name in kids’ nutrition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑converting ad scripts, hooks and campaign angles for Meta, Google PMax and TikTok.
• Define and maintain Numnumm’s brand voice around organic health, pediatric nutrition and parenting convenience.
• Direct external agencies and internal creators to produce authentic UGC, unboxings, kid‑taste tests and lifestyle content.
• Partner with performance marketers to track CAC, ROAS, hook rates and subscriber retention, continuously optimizing creatives and landing pages.
• Identify and execute co‑branding, school/pediatric partnerships, seasonal menu drops and referral engines to open new growth channels.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading brand strategy, D2C performance marketing or creative direction for consumer e‑commerce brands.
• Deep understanding of parent psychology, subscription economics and performance creative testing.
• Proven ability to manage agencies, content creators and multi‑channel marketing teams.

Required skills

• Direct‑response copywriting tailored to parents and family decision‑makers.
• Data‑driven performance advertising analytics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, hook/hold rates).
• Creative strategy and brand storytelling for organic health products.
