Project Manager - Ebooks

About the role

SavTech Digital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead eBook projects from client brief through to final delivery. The role operates on a night shift to align with US timings and requires hands‑on experience in eBook production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple eBook projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Translate client briefs into detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules.
• Coordinate Sales, Content, Editing, Design, Formatting, and Publishing teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee manuscript development, editing, proofreading, cover design, formatting, and publishing coordination.
• Serve as the main client contact for updates, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Identify delays, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively.

Required profile

• Previous Project Manager experience within an eBook services company, publishing agency, or ghostwriting business.
• Practical understanding of the full eBook production process from briefing to delivery.
• Experience coordinating writers, editors, designers, formatters, and publishing teams.
• Strong written and spoken English with experience dealing with international clients.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, client feedback, and revision rounds simultaneously.
• Excellent organization, problem‑solving, follow‑up, and ownership of project delivery.
