Head of Brand Marketing

About the role

The Head of Brand Marketing will lead HOTTU’s global brand strategy from our Lahore office. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for shaping brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels while supporting product launches and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the overall brand strategy and awareness.
• Manage brand presence across online and offline channels, ensuring consistent tone and visual identity.
• Decide on content, promotional materials, packaging, displays, and campaigns.
• Guide designers, content creators, social media teams, and external agencies.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights, track brand performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and e‑commerce teams to align branding with market requirements.
• Oversee marketing budgets and manage external agencies and partners.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, digital marketing, or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of mobile accessories, tech gadgets, consumer electronics, and technology trends.
• Good understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.
