Head of Compliance - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role
A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Karachi is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Compliance to lead its Quality Compliance function. The successful candidate will build, standardize and oversee compliance frameworks, drive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure manufacturing and operational practices meet local and international regulatory standards while supporting business objectives.
Required profile
- Pharma-D, B.Pharm or MSc in a relevant discipline.
- 15-20 years of core pharmaceutical industry experience.
- At least 6 years in a senior managerial or leadership role within a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
Required skills
- In-depth knowledge of DRAP regulations, cGMP guidelines, risk-based audits, CAPA, QMS and validation protocols.
- Exposure to PIC/S, EU, WHO and ICH guidelines is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical and team management skills.
