Head of Finance (Lahore)

About the role

Giant Group is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its Pakistan finance function. You will be responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial data, reports, and processes that support senior leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full balance‑sheet integrity across entities, ensure monthly reconciliations and enforce strong journal controls.
• Lead a structured, on‑time month‑end close and produce accurate financial reporting packs for leadership.
• Own finance processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring correct system usage, data integrity and driving automation opportunities.
• Manage and develop the Pakistan‑based finance team, setting clear standards for quality, accuracy and deadlines.
• Provide commercial and operational financial support to other business functions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing end‑to‑end finance operations in a mid‑size or larger organization.
• Hands‑on, execution‑first mindset with personal accountability for outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a finance team and enforce disciplined processes.
• Ability to identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
