Head of Finance – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Karachi. The successful candidate will drive strategic financial initiatives, ensure robust accounting practices, and support the organization’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all functions of the Finance Department, including accounting, reporting, taxation, and treasury management.
- Oversee complete financial accounting and preparation of statutory and management reports.
- Manage tax compliance and treasury activities to optimize cash flow.
- Implement and maintain SAP solutions to streamline financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial strategy with business goals.
Required profile
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent.
- 8‑10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Required skills
- SAP implementation and usage
