Head of Fund Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Fund Management to lead our treasury function and oversee end‑to‑end fund management, cash‑flow planning, banking operations, and group‑wide bank reconciliation. The role is critical for maintaining liquidity, optimizing working capital, and ensuring financial stability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily treasury and fund management activities, monitor cash positions and forecast cash‑flow requirements.
• Optimize liquidity and working capital, manage fund movements across bank accounts, and invest surplus funds within approved policies.
• Oversee bank reconciliation for all group entities, ensure timely resolution of discrepancies, and maintain compliance with internal reporting standards.
• Manage the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process, vendor invoicing, and payments, ensuring adherence to financial controls.
• Supervise the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process, monitor collections, aging, and drive collection efficiency.
• Oversee cash receipts, disbursements, and banking operations, reviewing transactions against authorization limits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and support corporate funding initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Fund Management and Bank Reconciliation teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in treasury, fund management, and cash‑flow planning.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes across multiple entities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and manage vendor and customer payment cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
