Head of Medical - Dermatology Portfolio (Lahore)

About the role

Humanlinked is looking for an experienced, results-driven Head of Medical to lead its Medical Affairs function for a dermatological portfolio, including CeraVe and La Roche-Posay. The role focuses on building strong relationships with dermatologists and aesthetic doctors, driving scientific awareness and product advocacy, and supporting recommendations through a structured, field-focused medical team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the medical strategy to drive scientific awareness, HCP advocacy and recommendation growth.
• Build strong professional relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, KOLs and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead, coach and develop the medical team to ensure effective field engagement and quality scientific interactions.
• Drive product awareness, scientific detailing and evidence-based discussions to support appropriate product recommendations and prescriptions.
• Develop and implement structured HCP engagement plans across Pakistan.
• Plan and execute scientific meetings, dermatology conferences, workshops and KOL engagement initiatives.
• Identify and develop key opinion leaders to strengthen long-term medical advocacy for the brands.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align medical activities with brand priorities and business objectives.
• Monitor field performance, HCP engagement quality and the effectiveness of medical initiatives.
• Ensure all scientific communication and medical activities comply with approved product claims and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in Medical, Pharma, Dermatology, Aesthetics or Dermocosmetics.
• Strong professional network among dermatologists and aesthetic doctors.
• Proven experience in HCP engagement, scientific detailing, KOL management and medical team leadership.
• Strong understanding of prescription-driven markets and medical field-force operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning and leadership skills; results-oriented with strong execution and team-development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
